Submersed in all aquatic glory
The maiden dances beneath the surface
Auburn hair suspended in salty solution
Twirls and twists to hypnotize
Pale white skin with reflective specks
Surrounds her with angelic glow  
The sailor knows the danger
Still persists to peer into the deep
Drawn in by sea green eyes
And the call to heaven  
Echoing from blood red lips
Recognizing the darkness  
Behind the jaded smile
He remains aboard his vessel
Knowing a swim would seal his fate
Treasuring this marine marvel
