His silence speaks out loud frustrations
Growing tension, intense interrogations
My discomfort and sly eye movements
Disagreements, test his patience
My sadness grows, his pacing slows
Contradicting feelings, out for their own
Her secret thoughts of escape
His angry passion, dreams of rape
Fearful rows and tearful fights
The result of a lovers plight
Defend their corner, stand their ground
Just another game in a lovers playground

Chess is a game that all lovers should learn to play, you must always be 3 moves ahead and anticipate 3 moves you lover makes, then quickly adjust to corner the King that thinks he is invincible. And don't forget to check your mate for evidence of anothers lust.

Just a question, in the first stanza you refer to Him & Me and then from the second its Her & Him? Are there three people here? If there are I think you can play more with it in terms of her interaction with him and me, type thing?
