Soul Mate

Me and you forever, or so you claimed my heart is now broken and your to blame my independence and strength you failed to tame. Tried to make me feel alone, helpless, scared, ashamed.
Needing you wanting you is the worst thing I could ever do.
But yes I learned to see through paper thin game, not to be attracted to the money and the fame.
I know he's out there somewhere in this great wide world I wish I could send him a signal that I'm that special girl.
Walks in the park, barefoot holding hands on the beach,we together would have so much to learn and teach.
Together we would feel solid, full, complete I look and search for the one it is destined for me to meet.
Patience is a virtue, tolerance is a must. I have to hold on until I find someone to love, hold, kiss and trust.
