Our Connection

I have always been distracted with no break of fresh air,
there was so much that I could't even bare,

feeling numb,
broken and stuck,

until the moment you came into my life,

you were this angel,
my heaven,
this inspiration,
this motivation,
my new addiction,

your eyes always made me feel heavenly,
around you I always felt incredibly free,
just even the way you would listen,
darling you always kept me focusing,

on what was right in front of me,
learning about the pain you have gone through,
I don't know how anyone can treat you like that,
around me you will never have to worry,

with me we can create an unforgettable story,
I thought I would never find something of this magnitude,
hearing my story and finding out my situation,
knowing I was not looking for some type of relation,

seeing the darkness that has clouded my dimension,
seeing the hate that has broke my concentration,
you some how saw passed it all,

even though the first thing you did was judge me,

not knowing how much I've been suffering,
neglected by my pass relationship,
neglected by the nurturing of love,

by lack of affection and horrible suspicions,
suspicions of the fading heart,

explaining this all to you changed your whole perspective,
I always think about that night you told me to message you,
feeling uncomfortable with all my flaws,
needing someone to really talk to,

you opened your arms,
ears and soul to me,
you were determined to really see,

this agonizing pain that has been creeping up my spine,
comforting me for hours at the coffee shop
you asked me to come over to watch a movie,

that night was the start of something so beautiful,
something so powerful,
unforgettable,
exquisite,
something absolutely stunning,
something so radiant,
and something so incredibly enchanting,

feeling your lips as we kissed was like electricity,
flowing through out my entirety of my body,
your skin was like pedals of dandelions,
flowing through the air that surrounded us,
your hands were of silk through every touch of my skin,

the warmth of butterflies started to over flow,
the heat began to escalate and penetrate my black heart,
the motion of your body made my spirit arise from the grave,
your care was always so gentle and unconditional,

our bodies were wrapped all night as a mother would a new born,
slowly touching you to vividly remember every inch of you,

was mesmerizing,
I was your blanket when you were cold,

feeling so safe and secure by each others side,
I was scared to feel again,
bewitching me into this new trans,
having every bit of me,

now that you're gone my connections
through the touch of the sun,
through the breeze that catches me,
through the fluorescent night sky,
through the images of my dreams,

I slowly touch myself imagining it was you by my side,
I have felt lonelier than ever since you left,
my heart will continue to stretch for you,
yearning for you always,

I will take this time to embrace this unknown loneliness,
having your love guide me,
having your implications correct me through my way,
my journey shall not end so abrupt,

it is new and refreshing,

there's a higher power that has something set for me,
yet my heart is aching for you every day,

everyday it shall make me stronger than I can ever imagine,
as the seasons change my love will never,
making myself a better man,
giving people the attention they deserve,

showing people the love you have shown me,
this untold story is yet to be finished,
it is yet to be apart of the history books,
I am still living for that day that I get to see you again,
