I have a crush on you
This is like a twisted version of Stacie Orrico's hit single 'Stuck' song but about my own experiences, fully written by my own words. Please read if you can relate ;)
Why am I so hot and bothered
Thinking about you!?
I care about you
Don't want to care about you
But in every way
You make yourself seem likable to me
So much to be impressed by
So much I can say that I can't admit, I deny
What you say and what you do that counts
Call me an over-analyst
I can read people's behavior
And I'm looking down at your shoes
Your feet are pointing to me
Whenever we talk
Are forever just friends
Or the linger in the air
Of something more?
So why do you leave me hanging
Every single time
I can't get a story out of you
Stories coming out from me
Are you no longer interested in my company?
When I am here
In your sight
You look at me then turn away to someone else
You come back to me for a few moments you stay
Going round and round in circles
I wonder where this is headed
Make it stop
Hold me close
Or let me go
Why am I so hot and bothered
Thinking about you!?
I care about you
Don't want to care about you
But in every way
You make yourself seem likable to me
So much to be impressed by
So much I can say that I can't admit, I deny
What you say and what you do that counts
Call me an over-analyst
I can read people's behavior
And I'm looking down at your shoes
Your feet are pointing to me
Whenever we talk
Are forever just friends
Or the linger in the air
Of something more?
So why do you leave me hanging
Every single time
I can't get a story out of you
Stories coming out from me
Are you no longer interested in my company?
When I am here
In your sight
You look at me then turn away to someone else
You come back to me for a few moments you stay
Going round and round in circles
I wonder where this is headed
Make it stop
Hold me close
Or let me go
