~The life of the unknown~

Where do I fit in??
I feel so lost,
I tried to be happier,
but is this the cost??

I try to be myself,
I feel so out of place,
So much terror,
I hide my face.

A fairy trapped,
in a human land,
wings shattered,
I don't understand.

I just want to help,
I want to be free,
Everything is so dark,
What has happened to me??

Looks judge me,
What did I do wrong??
Where can I find,
A place to belong.

Surrounded by people,
I cannot appease.
Loosing all hope,
I drop to my knees.

The sky is so pretty,
The forest feels energizing,
Such serenity,
so tantalizing.

Chaos surrounds me,
shrouds me in black.
There is so much,
I wish I could get back.

Turn back the page,
to a happy, earlier time.
When I lied to myself,
that I was perfectly fine.
