Clearing Another Head

To dry yourself out of thoughts
You must be calm
In order to be calm, you have to relax
In order to relax, you need to stop thinking
And take deep breaths, inhale and exhale --
Well let me stop you there instructor
Those are for those who are Sane
Look around you
Everyone wears a sign saying Not Sane
So it's time to update your technique
Here is how I do to clear mine
Over think the head
Not with logic
But with nonsense
It will dull it to the mode labeled "Day Off"
And to overthink the head with nonsense
You must imagine
Not in your head or your ears
But with all of them including the Eyes
Look in front of you
Or at a wall (I suggest this)
And imagine a person
Whose gender is up to you
Make this person however you want to look
It doesn't matter
However try to add it many details
Then your head will overthink easier
And now talk
Talk of your troubles
Or the world
Or the behavior of others
Or even secrets (I highly suggest this)
But if you fear for eavedroppers
Then think of the words in your head
And send them to your Person
They will hear it
Trust me
And then they will talk
Don't make them talk
Just think the first thing you think
It can be nonsense
A statement with the occasional Butterfly
Or it can be logical
Like using your Left Brain
Just don't bully the Right Brain or cuss at it
Now then when you master The Talk
Then continue
Go on and on
Until people look at you
And when you master The Glares
Then you can imagine your Person walking
And doing stunts or even tricks
Just talk and talk
However if your brain doesn't tire still
Then close your eyes
And imagine yourself around
And scream
In your head of course!!!
And then imagine the world peels away
And then there is nothing
Except the dark ground at your feet
Now this is a private place
One I like to go to
I welcome you
To the Witches Realm
Don't question the name it is what I call it
So then you know my name for it
What is yours
Before you name it
Please know this
You are in the place
Where imagination rest
The Dead Ones
It's the dullness this place brings
Just visualize it
And walk around
And if you look carefully
You can see the Dead Imagination
They call for you
Like how they called to me
Just answer it
And they arise
They are all different
Everyone unique
Ounce awoken
They pounce around and play
You can join their game
If you wish
Just know this
Ounce you leave
The Imagination will not return
They fulfilled their duty
And then turned
Into their next life which are dreams
Now when you look up at clouds
Then you'll see
At one look your mind will ease
All the pain before
Will go away
And you will see the Dead Ones very alive
