- I, CARRION -

Fortuna has never shined her light
She’d rather watch me play the fool
Malice at the end of the spy glass
I see you staring back at me

I will walk this road in henchmen robes
And the sun will not light the way
I’m more ragged than any old corpse
The hourglass runs out for me

No more hope found in desolation
Silver tarnishes in my hands
But still I, Carrion

Carry on this raven song within me
Lead me down so many paths of misery
Carrion these raven wings above me
Lead me down so many paths of misery

I will swing from the hangman’s noose
Sway in the breeze for all to see
So you can see what’s waiting on you
And tonight the stars burn out for me

No more hope found in desolation
Silver tarnishes in my hands
But still I, Carrion

Carry on this raven song within me
Lead me down so many paths of misery
Carrion these raven wings above me
Lead me down so many paths of misery

There was a time before time
That I walked the path of peace
Now I set it alight

No more hope found in desolation
Silver tarnishes in my hands
But still I, Carrion

Carry on this raven song within me
Lead me down so many paths of misery
Carrion these raven wings above me
Lead me down so many paths of misery
