Friday’s here so, where are you?
what will you do?
will you dance alone
will you, will you wait for me
or will you dance away a lifetime?
The weekend has started for you
but I am left behind
dancing in my mind
alone in cold dreams of fear
who do you hold so close tonight?
I know you think I’m crazy and I am
you think you can
make me better but no
there is no better life waiting
why do you wish to wait for me?
Please leave me and find your joy
a life patiently
lost its way in the fog
that finally formed over years
of dying dreams and dead promises.

Xbow, i'm pretty sure the weather forecast delivered daily she steps forward into the future knowing the warmth of the shadow behind ;)
Will you omit some of the 'will you's and the 'you's and the dance will be better choreographed for sure.

Many thanks for your comments and advice. I will think abojt the "will yous" but as I am sure you know the repetition was entirely intentional. I'll try to find a way of driving it home without the repetition. Will definitely give it consideration. Thanks again.
