Residue

Screaming towards the sidewalk,
Your shoes are half tied and tired.
Beat up like putty,
or a heart twice retired.
Time disappeared with you,
Make me run for days to catch a glimpse.
Our moments ruined, worn, then ditched.
I always loved you truly,
Bittersweet turns to sour,
Your title is unruly.
Playing the victim for hours.
I couldn't hold the truth,
You have such persuasive eyes,
You are truly one of a kind.
Non Polymorphic,
no means to bind.
No love to prove,
Just a smile to find.
