wanting-

a sense so animalistic
its magnetism is enough
to provide an electric charge
so deep it distracts from the claws
you remember when it began
and what its roots are
what you can't seem to grasp
is from whence came the feeling
that it is the cure to everything
your reliance is nearly that
of an addict
you attempt to change it,
to give it an even deeper meaning
but its then you realize
you've reached the furthest point possible
on your own
this force
must be seduced
and confronted,
the same way it has
seduced
you.
