he was actually seen to emerge at
charing cross    
wearing a beard, although    
to be fair this    
was many weeks later    
and so attains a certain    
plausability, but then personally    
I tend to prefer the    
   
"he's still down there living as a troglodyte"    
theory, if    
only because he'd apparently always    
been a bit of a loner and he really    
wasn't the type to come up    
with anything    
else
