Living

Reading,
Seeking,
Mind needs feeding.
Searching,
Pleading,
Always eating.
Listening,
Needing,
Never knowing
What will fill me up.
Nature walks,
Provocative talks,
Sipping coffee by the sea,
Looking at a redwood tree.
Squishy mud between my toes,
Drinking from the water hose.
Skinny dipping in moonlight,
All feed my endless appetite.
