CAMOUFLAGE

To me a successful  person is one who is doing  what he is doing ,

Because he wants to,

Not because he has to,



They say success leaves a trail to be followed,

So when I was teen I begun to follow,

However I seem to have lost the trail,

Because all I see is a jungle of deceit,

Camouflaged as “good times” and fast cheap “love”

A watering hole full of alcohol and drugs,

Camouflaged as an escape to life’s problems,



Many have fallen into the watering hole,

And others even drowned,

Now their souls are hell bound,

At their graves our faces are frowned,

In a few years,

No trace of them will be found,

They will be forgotten like the leaves that blow with the wind,

So is that what you want?
