Fuck the happy people that depression never struck
Fuck the happy people and all of their good luck
Fuck the happy people who've never known this strife
Fuck the happy people who've never used a razor or a knife
Fuck the happy people that the monsters never came
Fuck the happy people with no voices in their brain
Fuck the happy people that with the universe they have no gripe
Fuck the happy people and their fucking happy lifes

I sort of know where you are coming from here, as you do explain why depression makes you feel the way you do. Ideally, of course, if people haven't harmed us directly, we should aspire to feel happy for them if things are going well, rather than feel frustrated by it. I believe that begrudging people's happiness stops us attempting to create some happiness of our own, in a way. This poem is bleakly stark in terms its emotion.This is poetry with impact & that's how it should be.
Like I said said you must read between the lines it's really not about me disliking anyone but simply hating my depression that keeps me from being happy. Of being tired of living in the Rabbit Hole.
