I was captured by a vision where the water
was clear and the fish swam belly up; for
some reason I wasn't surprised how it made
me cry, grinning wide, like I was the first
pirate to see what had been plundered...
I thought, you must die in order to be reborn;
it felt like I was replying to a question that had
been patiently waiting to be asked, while in that
same moment, I found myself lying in a place
seemingly familiar, yet having no trace of who
I had been prior to the swim; perhaps there's
simply no need to remember, at least I feel
no obligation...
