She Longed for the Heaven Above
She was trapped in a forest of doubt
With a blind eye to her worth
She may as well have been without
She cried tears of hate as her wrist cries of crimson
The world destroyed a beautiful soul
Disrupted her child-like innocence
She crawled over to her bed, but lie still upon the floor
She didn't notice the weariness
It's never been there before
By now, her breathing has started to slow
But she feels sort of calm
Her inner demons have mellowed
As her eyes sort of sink, she glances at her ceiling
She finally knows whats happened
And she welcomes the feeling
The slices she produced in a moment of dismay
Have cut a bit too deep
She got carried away
But there's no better feeling in the world
To be welcomed with open arms at the gates
To never again feel the hurt
With a sadistic smile, her head melts gently into the floor
And her body soon follows
She, now, is no more
.....And then she awakens
Like she did the day before
With a blind eye to her worth
She may as well have been without
She cried tears of hate as her wrist cries of crimson
The world destroyed a beautiful soul
Disrupted her child-like innocence
She crawled over to her bed, but lie still upon the floor
She didn't notice the weariness
It's never been there before
By now, her breathing has started to slow
But she feels sort of calm
Her inner demons have mellowed
As her eyes sort of sink, she glances at her ceiling
She finally knows whats happened
And she welcomes the feeling
The slices she produced in a moment of dismay
Have cut a bit too deep
She got carried away
But there's no better feeling in the world
To be welcomed with open arms at the gates
To never again feel the hurt
With a sadistic smile, her head melts gently into the floor
And her body soon follows

.....And then she awakens
Like she did the day before
