On God: Impotence, Cruelty & Insanity
The dark takes them so often
and so often they go away.
Is there not a way
to bring them back
or to make them stay?
If He is watching this happen
then why does He not act?
Is it impotence
or just cruelty?
Or is He the fruit of our insanity...
We must pick one of the three
for those are the only answers.
Which one do you choose to believe
with your tiny heart,
so transparent and naive?

My tiny heart is invisible, not because it is transparent, but because it is so tiny... therefore I say all three. god is insane, impotent and cruel.
He is also the fruit of my insanity. Not sure about other people's insanity, but he definitely drives me crazy...!
I could not watch and not act. If I were the creator, I'd be interfering on a daily basis. I'd break my promise not to flood the world again. Texas would not be alone. Having a tiny heart makes that an easy choice, so at least I have that in common with God...
