Departure

Its almost like i knew i was going to leave.
Deep down i always knew.
The clock was counting down but i thought nothing of it.
I expected this to happen.
But i ignored it.
The reality of leaving i let escape me.
I just enjoyed what i had for the time being. 
Now that i have a reason to stay i also have a reason to leave.
Apparently it was not meant to be.
Although i wish it was.
A man once said from one bad thing come five good things.
Too bad i only want one girl.
