Enough: No more, The end
My life is spiraling
In no certain direction
But in semi circles
Down winding roads
There is no rhythm
Nor rhyme
Not enough time
To comprehend
Or fathom
What's been bothering me
Enough is enough
Or so I've thought
And I've said it
Flaming arguments
And episodes of violence
Ran it's course
Pushing and pulling hair
Accidents from loss of balance
Heartache and paranoia
Insecurities
All the notifications
Provoking
Parts of us
Deep inside the gut
That spurts disgust
And anguish
the sour taste of
The bitter word
"Enough"
is exactly the meaning
Of phrases that linger on
Like the smell of wet dog
Or horrific flatulence
the meaning that's forced
To be screamed out loud
When you think you just can't
Take anymore...
And then you do
Again....
Over and over
Allowing life to be poisoned
And your heart to be ruined
As well as the mind
Because they cannot meet
And merge like they're supposed to
And a tug of war seems to be
Our daily fight
The word enough
Has been spoken
But it was a lie
If it wasn't
Why are you still here?
The realization won't kick in
Until it's too late
And that's what enough
Can bring
It means...
(No more: the end)
We confuse it
With begin
Again.
