The escape from everything is death ,
From death you escape all the sins you've made,
All the people you've hurt,
You leave behind your sadness but also with that you leave your saneness,
You also leave behind your happiness,
You also leave your impact on people's life whether it's good or bad it will always stay,
The escape from everything is death,
To die a peaceful death is the ultimate escape.

You may feel like the darkness has a tight hold of you now and that death is the only escape, but one day when you least expect it, you will overpower it. You have the power inside of you to remove the poison in your life and to rise above it triumphantly. Nice work.
