Its about life really...
I think that our mind tricks us to see
what we need to see
in our surroundings for life to make sense.
If in fact we want it to make sense
to any realness that’s understandable
from an accumulation of perspectives.
For instance, who put those wildflowers
down by the river for show?
Joseph Joubert was a great poet,
one of the first I fell in love with, he gave me breath,
and he's the one who taught me to first see.
