He is temptation,
he is strength,
he is deep laughter and steely eyes.
He is care and calm,
jokes and hopefulness.
He is racing thoughts as I try to sleep, and smiling at his playlist.
He is coffee and sunshine and old gym shorts.
He was just my best friends husband, and even still he is so much more.
