Continuously hiding behind lies occasional user you are not
a dirty habit you have got taking foil to chase the dragon
believing that others just wont fathom fathom that your a smack rat
hiding that you take that
trying to hide what's plainly wrong
hiding to smoke heroin hidden not for long in your gouging messed up state
only a fellow smack head could relate
relate to the term of 'doing all them lines' this is how a true scumbags are defined
stealing deceiving believing own lies told
the tiresome bullshit has gone to far and got old #
had the chance of help; totally a waste on you
even prescribed subetext to help you on through
a waste of medical resources time and effort spent
i thought you were going to rehab isn't it time you went?
rehab is for quitters that's one thing that you are not
as your distorted reality hides how bad its really got
stuck on the gear you are now and will be for ever more
only concern is untold truths and when its time to score
as the only cure is for an addict is desire is to get clean
oh what a deluded detached degenerate you have truly been
you dirty junkie unaware your problem has been seen by all
you cant conceal pinned glazed eyes, it now your time to fall
and just like you, you two faced prick people talk behind your back
i know facing the cold hard truth is something you cant hack
hide behind the lie your living see how far it will get you

thankfully she's free of you and the false pretence you gave
