I dreamt of laying on your lap again,
The sound of voice as you sang to me,
Those words that made me feel better as I cried on you lap,
As you brushed away my hair and tears away,
I miss the warmth of you touch and embrace,
That similar scent that's only just a memory now.
Everytime I close my eyes I want to see you again, but you never appear,
But when I'm lost in my darkness I see your light,
And all I wish is to stay with you forever.
