Revers-Age

It came to me
Thro' rippling waters
Of pond and sea,
(When life be deemed by eyes
Fresh scent as Spring's newly seasoned
Flowers,
Mind full o' old, tireless in last moment sun's
Retiring hours)
Hidden-obscure, waves of fountain thirst
Discover the child, uncovers this man
I was first;
Who'd walk~soul upon soul
In quest, ungrateful, of trampled backs
Savage sacrificed slaves say, "curs'ed be thy name!"
Pavin' way...to youthful path,
                +++
Lord granted me powers
Of a chosen one
To be better off an ancient innocence
Than what wiseman call, the corrupted young.
Centuries of struggles in limbo~jungles
Limiting down search party to one,
Left weary souls entangled in the web vines-
Lies-hissing snakes tongues-madnesses minds,
And suicide swamps-forgetful rivers deep-
In bellies of blood lust beasts,
Face alone the entrance to...
Demon's torturous cave of keep,
Within behold, in burning light
A shimmering cascade of immortality;
Venerable men should we...
Be...greatly honored to become,
Sip slowly, from carpenter's cup
Ensue, a naive brood
For all o'time.
