Where is my father now?
Where has he gone now?
Restrictions threw us apart
Health conditions wore you down
Your love could not be deterred
An ending that couldn't come to a halt
My dream job meant to save your life
Heavy pumps of sorrow navigate through my heart

What is really outstanding about this write is while you provide a basic foundation, the reader can make some subjective inferences, especially with the last two paragraphs.
