THE BOOK OF RAGE!!

I don't like the ending.  That's like saying "trolls are gay" (like being gay or having AIDS is a bad thing).  It's the first thing I noticed and it's not in keeping with the tone of the rest of the poem at all.

There are definitely elements of humor in the poem.  However the biggest issue is the rhyming.  Some of it is just so poorly timed that it kills the poem.  I would suggest your read the poem aloud (or get someone else to do it) to see areas where readers are tripping up.

What happened with the "hiding under bridges"?  I think your rhyming went into hiding also.

Sharper than two razor blades?  It's a bit weak IMO.  Why not give a specific example; "sharper than a Gilette Mach 3", or something like that.  The message is clear but the execution is not so great.

Your approach works well, going for the tongue-in-cheek style, it definitely could be considered upbeat (humorous), but you have to make sure you don't cross the line between poking fun and outright insulting.

Definitely an improvement.  I wouldn't say it's a masterpiece but your efforts have made it better.

I think it would help to push 'so don't troll'
and 'on this site' together into one line and remove the article 'a' & the preposition 'as'. Something like this:

so don't troll on this site
this is no ordinary book
<insert line here>
it's a troll smasher with a bite.
