panic attack

It's all become so fearsome now somethings gripping my chest
My left arm feels funny i can't breathe I can't rest
I think I'm going to die this feels like the end
And I thought I wanted out was all that just pretend
Every muscle  tense as fear consumes my mind
If only I could relax and breathe let myself unwind
Come on calm down
Now slowly
Breathe
There it is a gasp of air
Suddenly things start to ease
What just happend to me
I thought I was going to die
I'll laugh about it now my friend
