I may as well marry
This Mary Jane
I don't know if she feels the same
But she can carry
All my sadness and pain away
And take me away
To a special place
And when we sleep, she wraps me in her sweet embrace
And she's the only one that has never hurt me
I think it was meant to be

I like how you personify this poem...kinda has a morphing feeling, but also, the words and the theme justify a deep emotion that many people gravitate towards when they're alone and nothing surrounds them except darkness. Nicely spoken!
