Your bedroom is my playground
but we love like dogs.
Take me to the dog park.
Lock me in the dog pound.
Exploring new options, creating new fun
either way we’re always mutts.

1.      No licking
2.      No barking
3.      No petting for praise

You work my agility (you’ve got great equipment),
and teach me new tricks (you’re my treat).
You pull, tug, and bite.
Test my obedience, and I always preform.

Now we’re panting.

But I am not your show dog,
although you make me jump through hoops.
