though very near you must not stay
in the midst of thinking, thoughts in streams
disappear outside it seems

the air is fresh, the sky is blue
and for a while you are not you
just a shadow, just a whiff
passing through outside as if

the universe embraces all
when slipping through the ego's wall
of thinking thinking wondering when
to merge with blissful always zen

moments when we re-emerge
as cosmic beings in the surge
of consciousness that all is one
the Earth, you too, as well the Sun
