Credit to Where It's Due

All the situations i have been in during my developing years,
all of my "-ing" phases of life,
not yet actually accomplished anything, but in my processes.
goING to school,
workING wherever i could,
learnING who i am,
becomING who i am now,

All of these hundreds of thousands of situations i have been in,
would have been only with my own soul, and no other.
Even if physically that wasn't the case,
I would have kept my wavelengths to myself,
stunting growth.
... like many others have to do,
but none wish.

A constant variable usually doesn't get the attention,
Through the minor experiences i had before you,
i learned,
that is the only thing i want in my life from another,
For the golden life lesson,
"The only thing consistent in life, is change."
And to desire the unattainable would have left me a fool,
if it wasn't for you.

Thank you for letting me experience everything life has to offer with you, and because of you.
