Left Hand
Stop that! That's a very dirty thing to do!
Oh my left hand, the whole world sees you as a curse
But I see you as a gift
The world sees us lefties as just being aberrant
But I see you as a blessing
Oh Miss Alice
You made my life a living hell in primary school
You made me almost hate my left hand
You stopped me from writing with my left, but you didn't stop me from eating with it
I remember crying, crying so hard at night
I couldn't concentrate on what I was writing
Instead, I was worried about how I was writing
I remember relapsing in my exam grades
It was torture
But I thank you Miss Alice
Now I can boast of being ambidextrous
I switch whenever I want to.
I don't know why you people hate the left hand
but mine is mine not yours and don't tell me when and how to use it
