WHO AM I
Every day I look in the mirror, trying to figure out what I should be.
I have all these little pieces that make up one me.
I am a mother, loving and kind.
I am a procrastinator always 2 steps behind.
I am his wife, faithful and true
I am his servant waiting for my queue
I am the nurse who takes care of the old
I am the one you blame when they cash in and fold
I am honest but silent
I am peacefully violent
I am the one who rages a war on oneself
I am the good china kept up on a shelf
I am the princess inside every little girl
I am my mother’s pride, and my daddy’s world
I am me...
What more can I be
