I've been depressed for 4 years and I finally reached out
They didn't laugh when i told them like I thought they would
They understood were I was coming from and didn't think I was a brat when I thought they would
They want me to get professional help but I don't wanna
But since I reached out it was a cry for help
I finally did it nd now I am ready to get better
