Ripples.
Fear tends to stretch the imagination
As does anxiety
I feel for you honey
With you
I want to take away that pain
But I won't
I can not
in good conscious
deprive you of your suffering
your blessing
ending and beginning
A place from which callous and strength will most definitely blossom
Hold tight in those moments
Know that
at some point
Some day
Without a doubt some fleeting second
Because that's how it happens
Always on the blind side
A movement will present itself like a colorful explosion in the night sky
Baby you are a firework!
and Situation has a way of exploiting times unshakable grip
You see when a kiss can stop every impatient tick of that clock
as if to transcend whatever in hell governs the uninspired rabble outside of that single momentarily inescapable conclusion
How one word
one set of curious sounds set the stage for a new way of looking at the same old patterns.
Moments like that are what God created gods for.
You and I
Nothing ever really changes
Let me rephrase that no thing ever really changes
We just makes decisions
Choices
Then stick to them
Because a promises not seen through
Are just words
The universe is indifferent
coherently cognizant
It is water
And will gladly step aside
Go around
a boulder of stone set resolutions.
Or determination set to tunnel vision
I heard
Something about perception and preparation producing pristine possibilities
At least that's what I heard
It's that character that I want to see stretched like early morning imagination
You know that 5 to 10 minutes of unmistakable clarity
That comes right after eyes open
Snapped back to the good ol' waking life
Opportunity beyond anything that can be dreamt
and better because it can be touched
seen
tasted
heard
felt
Senses are what connect us
Without
we'd just be suspended in some god awful blind tasteless mute ocean
unable to see or feel the waves you and I tend to cause.
Ripples honey
You're not a firework
You are a sea
Reflecting those fireworks
Along with every other possible cause
As too abide all that fixated color
Keep moving
Pushing
Striving for what is Divinely promised
Everything
As does anxiety
I feel for you honey
With you
I want to take away that pain
But I won't
I can not
