The letter to my former lover

Many times I've ''written'' you countless letters,
With no courage to actually to finish them.
At times I would think to myself that you probably better off with
Me non-existence to your world.

Deep down I wish that I would hear my ringtone
And your name pops up
I wishfully hope that you spare me a thought  .
A thought of maybe someday we'd laugh like we used to,
That we would make more beautiful memories like we used to.

The old phrase'be careful of what you wish for, cause you might just get it.'
Lingers in my head with the hopes that my wish comes true.
But then again
I think of all the times you sent bitter waters running on my face.
I then reminisce of how much you hurt me.
I remember how bad I want to forget you.
