What do you do
What you realize
That you're crazy?
Who do you tell
That you're a self diagnosed
Schizophrenic psychopath
At fifteen years old?
How do you explain such knowledge
To a psychiatrist
And expect them to take you seriously?
Well, you don't.
You keep it inside
Until you can't stop it.
Until it's either you
Or your family
That ends up dead.
