Forgotten

I lay in the dark forgotten and Alone,
The pain never fades,
They took my wings.... My freedom,
Now they took everyone's memory of me,

My family doesn't know I ever existed,
They feel no sorrow for their missing daughter, or sibling,
The darkness knows me really well, it knows my thoughts,
Morbid, Vulgar thoughts,

But soon those will be forgotten as well,
They fade more each second,
I have forgotten emotions,
What is an emotion.....
Why do I keep forgetting......

Can I even continue to go through this?
No...... I won't give in.
I must continue for them,
I will find a way for them to remember,
I will not concede to the dark.

I will not remain forgotten.
