No Grape Left Behind: a Burning Bush

In the style of renowned modernist poet T.S. Eliot, I included allusion up the wazoo. Enjoy Dissecting it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The overwhelming hypocrisy,
of a wine press,
painting it's grapes as liberated,
when in fact they're desiccated,
fruits from the near east despoiled,
plans for leashing the indivisible, foiled,
supposedly for choices sake,
but oppression does not choices make.

This poet does not beg the press make water,
wine is fine,
wine'll do,
but to press the grapes without pause,
then to claim a higher cause...
It's not right, and it's not true.

This poet does not beg the press make water,
wine is fine,
wine'll do,
just be honest and admit,
the wine is not for us.
The wine is for you.
