Sometimes listening to that song reminds me too much of you
Sometimes I still smell your hair on my pillow
Sometimes I feel miles away from you when you're beside me
Sometimes I call your phone praying to get the voicemail
Sometimes the sweater you bought me gets too painful to wear
Sometimes I hear your laughter in mine
Sometimes I write your name in my notebook
Sometimes I order your favourite topping even though I'm slightly allergic to pineapples
Sometimes I hope you're in as much pain as me
Sometimes I'd give the world to see you smile
Sometimes I pretend we're still together
Sometimes I still smell your hair on my pillow

I've been in the same sort of lonely love-sickness before, so I relate. This was an absolutely touching poem... I loved reading it. I loved the repitition, by the way.
