Feelings
Love brings the greatest of pains when one loses that person
It makes you cry
It makes you sad
It makes you feel alone
It can even make you feel suicidal
But when life gives you pain
Counter it with thoughts of pleasure
Counter it with thoughts of smiles
Counter it with happiness
Counter it with your friends
Counter it with life

One of my kitties, who was my daughter, just passed away and I countered it by writing lots of poetry, creating lots of art dedicated to her, and by enjoying a new kitten! It still hurts to think about her, though, as does thinking about my half-sister who committed suicide in 2001.
That's why anti-depressants, self-therapy, and a loving relationship are awesome.
