Sacrifice
Our loves dies young,
as we grow old.
Our love flies away,
As we grow apart.
We lose ourselves,
when we dream.
We lose hope,
when we scream.
Everything we do,
is done for nothing.
Everything we lack
we try to make up for something.
We go on every day
acting like we're happy.
Deep down though
we are wasting time.
We love at night,
but we do not feel.
We taste each other,
but do not taste nothing.
We are lost
and we know it.
Our trust,
is our sacrifice.
We wait for the end,
to see who leaves.
The day we wed,
is the day we do not wish to see.
We close our eyes to pray
because we don't want to believe.
Faith has picked our day,
but we do not wish to fade.
as we grow old.
Our love flies away,
As we grow apart.
We lose ourselves,
when we dream.
We lose hope,
when we scream.
Everything we do,
is done for nothing.
Everything we lack
we try to make up for something.
We go on every day
acting like we're happy.
Deep down though
we are wasting time.
We love at night,
but we do not feel.
We taste each other,
but do not taste nothing.
We are lost
and we know it.
Our trust,
is our sacrifice.
We wait for the end,
to see who leaves.
The day we wed,
is the day we do not wish to see.
We close our eyes to pray
because we don't want to believe.
Faith has picked our day,
but we do not wish to fade.
