Life Lesson

Is it possible for a person to feel confused, lost, nervous and mostly nothing. To not know what they want, who they can trust and where they stand. To be at the verge of pain, and trying to forget those unspeakable thoughts and emotions that drained their every single happiness by something so simple. Something so stupid, so unbelievable. Love is something that can build you so strong, so beautiful but yet it can tear you apart. Slowly tasting you, from where your heartbeat beats ever so magically. Without you even realizing, it leaves you so numb without a care, sometimes with such tenderness that it's hard for you to come into your senses. When you finally do, it leaves you feeling nothing and along the way it makes you so damn tired. For a second you're left there clueless unaware of what just happened.
For one, they told me not to fall in love, not to look at someone with such admiration that your heart feels stronger and life feels less important to you than their happiness. Actually, no one told me this, no one warned me. I wish someone could've let me in, in a little secret about L.O.V.E. No one told me it hurts like fire burning you alive. I had to experience it myself, the feeling of not being loved back.
