It’s been 5 years now since you said goodbye

And every time the world spins full cycle I cry.

What we had was magical, meant to make it last

Now every time I miss you, all I have is the past.

You know I’m too young to know true love...

But I think what we had is how it’s meant to be

I guess that’s why I took you back with no hesitation

When your body glistened with another’s perspiration

So her friendship I guess I’ll never lose.

Anyway I’m writing this to let you know

I’m finally gonna let you rest love!

I’m in love again, though there’s less ups than downs,

I adore her, love. So I’m gonna make it work.

Bee said I can’t have you both in one place,

So I guess, I’m giving it all up once again.
