SUICIDE…NOTE!

Suicide’ the deliberate act of killing yourself
Someone could be contemplating it, to avoid it, he/she needs help
Words of hope & faith in life spoken, can change one’s perspective
Despair, frustration & heartbreak makes some people act Impulsive
But why would anybody want to put an end to his or her precious life?
Its erroneous thinking it’s an easy way out of this world filled with strife

Life is beautiful, sacred and priceless it should be cherished at all cost
It’s a no win with suicide, it simply means in this game of life, you lost
We often judge from the side-lines when it occurs we are mystified
But taking your life by any means is wrong, it can never be justified
Spiritually& morally, intentionally putting yourself to death is a crime
Life is already short’ death will eventually visit; just wait for your time  

I’ve been thinking lately what are the salient causes & the remedy
People go through a lot of pains everyday but suicide is not a therapy
Your heart can be broken but who says it is worth taking your life
Friends & family can betray you but it is not worth taking your life
You could be broke coz you lost your job, but never lose hope
You could be withdrawn from school, don’t give up & lose hope

Tough times don’t last but tough people do” you can make it through
When pain & depression is overwhelming find someone you can talk to
In a world of over 7 billion people, loneliness should not be a vindication
Seek for guidance and counselling if you cannot deal with the situation
We all face our challenging times; life is full of trials and tribulations
But be strong, hold on and don’t ever give into suicidal temptations

If there are people who are happy been alive with amputated limbs
Why end your life coz you can’t afford that alluring life of your dreams
In a world where people starve to death and many more live in penury
Yet they earnestly seek to live every day even in their abject misery
They hold onto life whole heartedly with joy for its gift is priceless
Why would you decide to end yours? Committing suicide is pointless!

Have a rethink before you take that poison or slash your wrist with a knife
Put away that rope you intend to use hanging yourself save your dear life
Have faith; there are more than a million chances of your life turning around
That can only be guaranteed if you stay alive, breathing safe & sound
Miracles occur, if you believe in God there’s always a second chance
Suicide is not a wise choice to make no matter your ugly circumstance.
