As much as I'm trying to be strong
Something in me is still holding on
He still crosses my mind from time to time
I find myself wishing he was mine
I miss him
When I reminisce on the good times
But when I think about
The way my heart aches
I'm brought back to a bad place
More than anything
I just want to heal and forget him.
