As a kid your always told to clean your plate
slowly words can break your fragile state.
"to fat, too skinny"
no matter what your not perfect,

dont forget to clean your plate
you try with all your might to finish that last bite
but you dont want to keep it down.

no matter the number on the bathroom scale
seems to define you as a person.
why? why cant we be happy just to be alive
rather than killing ourselves while trying to achieve someone else's definition of perfect.

hospital visits and fake smiles are both stops on your way to being "pretty"
you cant go home until your a "healthy weight"
healthy is a big debate.
please.. think before you break a persons fragile state
