a fifth visit
transcending time,
above our own bodies,
sifting through moments past -
experiencing through each other's memory
each train of thought
barreling forward and back,
streaming in and out of each other's paths,
circling each other's spiraling tendrils,
each on their own planes
the light goes dim,
and then a field
with a lone grey cloud, bluish
accompanied by two stark, vibrant walls of color
interrupting the dying light of the setting sun
creating the progression, now
coalescing our energies of self
into one wide, deep river of experience -
a connection fades in
upon our reoccurrence,
after feeling the ages passed in these hours,
an interrelated bond remains
and will inevitably last through the perpetual energy
of impact and embrace
